For food safety, we can’t accept returns of opened items. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method after the return is received and inspected (or after we confirm a damage/incorrect-item claim).
Are shipping fees refundable?
